VOIP Voiceway Outage Yesterday

Yesterday afternoon, our VOIP Voiceway service customers experienced several dropped calls and disconnects. This started at approximately 12:00 pm EST and continued until 12:25 pm EST. The issue was identified and isolated to one of our upstream providers that we originate and terminate voice traffic through. We have since made adjustments to the call routing so this circumstance should not happen again. As with these types of issues, there is always a chance that a call can be dropped before alternate routing takes over, but the current adjustments should minimize disruptions.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

RFO concerning site defacements on November 14th, 2010

Website Defacement

A group of websites were defaced last night, the affected sites are currently being restored. Our system admins are currently investigating and will release an RFO shortly.
